WAC RO Booking Calendar

Schedule Range Officer duty days, review existing bookings, sign up for RO text alerts, and request changes when needed.

Step 1

Schedule a New Range Duty

Before you submit: Review all selected dates carefully. Once a duty slot is reserved, you cannot delete or change it directly.
  • Select an available date from the calendar.
  • If a date is full or unavailable, it will not be selectable.
  • After selecting a date, choose an available shift time and complete the form.
  • If you want to see who is already scheduled or view coverage openings, use the large button below.

Need a Change?

Request a Duty Change or Cancellation

If you need to change, cancel, or transfer an already scheduled duty day, do not book another slot until the request has been reviewed.

Include this information:

  • Your full name
  • Original duty date and time
  • Requested new date/time, if applicable
  • Replacement RO, if already arranged
  • Reason for the change
